Instructions
- Wash the cherry tomatoes under cold water and slice them in half.
- Halve the fresh mozzarella balls.
- Chop the fresh basil leaves using the chiffonade technique.
- In a small bowl, mix the balsamic glaze, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese. If needed, microwave for 15-20 seconds to soften.
- Add the sour cream and mayonnaise to the bowl.
- Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Blend all ingredients together using a hand mixer or whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and chopped basil into the creamy mixture using a spatula.
- Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer the dip into a serving dish.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top of the dip.
- Garnish with additional fresh basil leaves.
- Serve with crackers, baguette slices, or vegetable sticks.
