Description

Get ready to take your taste buds on a wild ride with this Chopped Chicken Beef Bacon Ranch Sandwich. It’s a celebration of flavor that combines tender chopped chicken, savory beef, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing.

Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or rotisserie chicken
  • Ground beef or ground turkey or plant-based meat alternatives
  • Crispy beef bacon or turkey bacon
  • Homemade or store-bought ranch dressing or Greek yogurt
  • Soft sandwich rolls or brioche buns or whole wheat or gluten-free buns
  • Cheddar cheese or pepper jack or mozzarella

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped chicken until it’s no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add in the ground beef and cook until browned, around 5-6 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  3. While the chicken and beef are cooking, in a separate pan, cook the beef bacon until crispy. Once done, chop it into small pieces and set aside.
  4. In the skillet with the cooked chicken and beef, stir in the chopped bacon and ranch dressing. Mix well and let everything simmer on low heat for about 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. While the meat mixture is simmering, lightly toast your sandwich buns in the oven or on a skillet until golden brown.
  6. On the bottom half of each bun, pile on a generous amount of the meat mixture. Top with shredded cheese and any additional toppings you enjoy, such as lettuce, tomatoes, or pickles.
  7. Place the top half of the bun on your assembled sandwich and serve immediately while hot.
