Instructions
- Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
- Brush both sides of each cod fillet with olive oil. Then, press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each fillet, ensuring an even coating.
- Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it heat up for about 5 minutes.
- Place the coated cod fillets in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the crust is golden and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
