- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- Cooking spray (olive oil spray or coconut oil as alternatives)
Instructions
- Start by washing and peeling 3-4 apples. Core them and cut them into sticks, about 1/2 inch thick.
- In a bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1/4 cup of brown sugar. Stir well to ensure even distribution of the spices.

- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Lay the coated apple sticks in a single layer, ensuring they aren’t overcrowded.
