Instructions

Using an electric mixer (or a sturdy whisk), beat the mixture until it’s completely smooth and creamy, with no lumps. This usually takes 2-3 minutes. Gently fold in the finely diced fresh strawberries. Cover the filling and pop it into the fridge for about 15-20 minutes.
- Assemble the Wonton Bites: Lay out a few wonton wrappers on a clean, dry surface. Place a small spoonful (about ½ to ¾ teaspoon) of the strawberry cheesecake filling right in the center of each wonton wrapper. Dip your finger in a small bowl of water and lightly moisten all four edges of the wonton wrapper. Fold the wrapper diagonally into a triangle, pressing firmly along the edges to seal.
