Ingredients
- Russet potatoes
- Fresh garlic cloves
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Fresh parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel the Russet potatoes. Cut them into even-sized sticks, about ¼ to ½ inch thick.
- Soak the cut fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch. After soaking, drain and pat them dry with a clean towel.
- In a large bowl, toss the dried fries with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the fries out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once the fries are crispy and golden, remove them from the oven and immediately sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and freshly chopped parsley over the hot fries.
- Enjoy your crispy garlic Parmesan fries while they’re hot and fresh.
