Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, Rotel diced tomatoes (drained), biscuit mix, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until just combined.
- Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, portion out the mixture and roll it into 1-inch balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced about an inch apart.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
