Instructions

  1. If you’re using raw chicken, season it with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill or sauté the chicken over medium heat until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Once done, allow it to rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.
  2. While the chicken is resting, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash it lightly with a fork, adding a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Take a slice of your chosen bread and spread a layer of the mashed avocado. Lay down slices of the grilled chicken on top, followed by a generous sprinkle of cheese.
