Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine 1 cup of warm milk (about 110°F) with 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 2 ¼ teaspoons of active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 4 cups of all-purpose flour and ½ teaspoon of salt. Create a well in the center and add the yeast mixture, ¼ cup of melted butter, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
