Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- If you’re using store-bought dough, let it sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes. If you’re making your own, roll it out on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut the dough into squares or rectangles, about 3×3 inches.
- On each piece of dough, place a spoonful of your chosen sauce, a generous amount of cheese, and your desired toppings. Be careful not to overfill.
- Starting from one edge, roll the dough tightly around the filling into a log shape. Pinch the ends to seal.
- Place the rolls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving some space between each roll.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter or olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder or Italian seasoning if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Once baked, let the rolls cool for a few minutes. Serve them warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping!
