Ingredients
- semi-sweet chocolate chips
- creamy peanut butter
- Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
- crushed pretzels (optional)
- sea salt (optional)
- nuts (optional)
- dried fruits (optional)
- white chocolate (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.
- Stir in the creamy peanut butter into the melted chocolate until well combined.
- Pour the chocolate-peanut butter mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it out evenly, aiming for about ½ inch thick.
- Chop the Reese's Peanut Butter Cups into smaller pieces and sprinkle them generously over the top of the chocolate mixture. Press them down gently to ensure they stick.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours, or until the bark is completely firm and set.
- Once set, remove the bark from the refrigerator. Lift the parchment paper off the baking sheet and break the bark into pieces of your desired size.
