Description

Indulge in the delightful combination of chocolate and peanut butter with this easy-to-make Reese’s Bark. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth or impressing friends at gatherings!

Ingredients

  • semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • creamy peanut butter
  • Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
  • crushed pretzels (optional)
  • sea salt (optional)
  • nuts (optional)
  • dried fruits (optional)
  • white chocolate (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the creamy peanut butter into the melted chocolate until well combined.
  4. Pour the chocolate-peanut butter mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it out evenly, aiming for about ½ inch thick.
  5. Chop the Reese's Peanut Butter Cups into smaller pieces and sprinkle them generously over the top of the chocolate mixture. Press them down gently to ensure they stick.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours, or until the bark is completely firm and set.
  7. Once set, remove the bark from the refrigerator. Lift the parchment paper off the baking sheet and break the bark into pieces of your desired size.
