Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash and slice the strawberries. If they are large, cut them into smaller pieces.
- In a small bowl, combine about 1/2 cup of granulated sugar with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
- Open your refrigerated biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
- Take each quarter of dough and roll it in the sugar and cinnamon mixture until fully coated.
- In a greased bundt pan, layer the coated dough pieces and strawberry slices, alternating between dough and strawberries.
- In a separate bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of melted butter, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Pour this mixture evenly over the layered dough and strawberries.
- Place the bundt pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Remove the monkey bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, carefully invert it onto a serving plate. Serve warm and enjoy.
