Start your day with a creamy and fruity bowl of Strawberry Overnight Oats that are easy to prepare the night before. This nutritious breakfast is packed with flavor and can be customized to suit your taste!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt for vegan option)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl or jar, combine 1 cup of rolled oats with 1 cup of your choice of milk. Stir well to ensure all the oats are submerged.
  2. Mix in 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt until it's well combined.
  3. Add in 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup, depending on how sweet you like it. Stir to combine.
  4. If using, mix in 1 tablespoon of chia seeds for added thickness and nutrition.
  5. Gently fold in 1 cup of chopped fresh strawberries. Save a few slices for topping in the morning!
  6. Cover the bowl or jar, and place it in the fridge overnight (or at least for 4 hours).
  7. In the morning, give the oats a good stir. You can add more milk if you want a thinner consistency. Top with additional strawberries, a drizzle of honey, or even some nuts for crunch!
