Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 flour tortillas
- 4 slices American cheese
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup dill pickles
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon relish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon burger seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add a pinch of salt, pepper, and a tablespoon of your favorite burger seasoning to the beef while it cooks for extra flavor.
- In a small bowl, mix together ¼ cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, and 1 tablespoon relish. Adjust to taste.
- In a dry skillet or microwave, warm the flour tortillas until they're pliable, about 10-15 seconds in the microwave.
- Spread a generous amount of Big Mac sauce on each tortilla. Layer on the cooked beef, shredded lettuce, cheese slices, and pickles.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and then roll it up from the bottom to secure everything inside. Make sure the fillings are tightly wrapped.
- Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve with extra Big Mac sauce for dipping, if desired.
