Instructions
- In a large pot over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and completely melted.
- Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the sugar cookie mix until fully incorporated.
- Add the vanilla extract and salt to the mixture, stirring well to combine.
- Fold in the sprinkles gently, reserving a handful for topping.
- Line your 9×9 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the fudge mixture into the dish and spread it evenly. Top with the reserved sprinkles. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
