Ingredients
-
1 lb ground beef
-
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
-
1 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1 teaspoon onion powder
-
½ teaspoon salt
-
½ teaspoon black pepper
-
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
-
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits) or homemade dough
-
4 tablespoons butter, melted
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
-
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.
-
Flatten each biscuit into a circle. Spoon beef mixture and cheese into the center of each.
-
Fold dough around the filling and pinch edges to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
-
In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic. Brush over each bomb.
-
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
-
Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
-
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm!
Notes
-
Make sure to seal the dough tightly around the filling to avoid leaks while baking.
-
Feel free to swap the beef for ground turkey, chicken, or plant-based meat!
-
For extra flavor, stuff in cooked bacon bits, caramelized onions, or a slice of pickled jalapeño.
-
Use homemade pizza dough or crescent dough if you prefer over refrigerated biscuits!
