  • 4 tablespoons butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Season steak bites generously with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add steak in a single layer (don’t overcrowd) and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and just cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  4. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic to the skillet, stirring until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir. Bring to a gentle simmer.

  6. Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until sauce thickens slightly.

  7. Return steak bites to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce.

  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!
