Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Prepare the carrots: Peel and slice carrots in half lengthwise if thick. Pat dry for better roasting.

  • Make the glaze: In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in honey and garlic. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

  • Toss to coat: Arrange carrots on the baking sheet. Drizzle with half of the honey garlic butter and toss to coat evenly.

  • Roast: Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until fork-tender and lightly caramelized.
