Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare Your Jalapeño Popper Filling – Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble. Mince jalapeños, removing seeds if desired. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, minced jalapeños, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
- Step 2: Season and Divide Your Ground Beef – In a bowl, combine ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Divide into 8 equal portions.
- Step 3: Form and Stuff the Patties – Flatten one portion of beef into a patty. Spoon jalapeño popper filling onto the center, leaving a border. Place another patty on top and seal the edges. Repeat with remaining beef and filling.
- Step 4: Cook Your Jalapeño Popper Stuffed Burgers – Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook burgers for 6-8 minutes per side. Optionally, add cheese on top in the last minute of cooking.
- Step 5: Toast Buns and Assemble – Toast burger buns until golden. Assemble burgers with bottom bun, stuffed patty, toppings, sauce, and top bun.
