Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- If using fresh broccoli, steam it until just tender, about 3-4 minutes. If using frozen, ensure it’s fully thawed and drained.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, cream cheese, heavy cream, half of the shredded cheddar, half of the mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella on top of the casserole.
- Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Once baked, let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
