Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, mix together 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Optionally, add 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder for extra flavor.
  3. Chop 1/2 cup of pepperoni slices into smaller pieces.
