Ninja Creami Berry Lemonade Sorbet | Perfect Summer Dessert

  • Author: Ava
  • Total Time: 38 minute
  • Yield: 4 servings

Description

This Ninja Creami Berry Lemonade Sorbet is a refreshing and vibrant treat perfect for hot summer days. With a delightful balance of sweet berries and zesty lemonade, it’s a guilt-free dessert that will keep you cool.

Ingredients

  • Mixed Berries (Frozen): strawberries, raspberries, blueberries
  • Lemonade: store-bought or homemade
  • Sweetener (Optional, to taste): granulated sugar, maple syrup, agave nectar, erythritol, stevia
  • Water or Extra Lemonade (for consistency)
  • Lemon Zest (Optional, for an extra zing)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine your frozen mixed berries and lemonade. If you're adding optional sweetener or lemon zest, add them now too. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and no chunks of fruit remain.
  2. Give your mixture a quick taste. Adjust sweetness or tang as necessary, keeping in mind that flavors will be a bit more subdued once frozen.
  3. Carefully pour the blended berry lemonade mixture into your Ninja Creami pint. Make sure not to fill it past the MAX FILL line.
  4. Place the sealed pint on a flat surface in your freezer. Freeze for at least 24 hours, or until the mixture is frozen solid.
  5. Once your pint is rock solid, remove it from the freezer. Place the pint into the outer bowl, secure the lid with the paddle, and place the bowl assembly onto your Ninja Creami machine. Select the 'SORBET' program.
  6. After the first spin, your sorbet might appear crumbly or powdery. Remove the pint, make a well in the center of the crumbly mixture, and then reinsert it into the machine. Select 'RE-SPIN.'
  7. Scoop out your delicious Berry Lemonade Sorbet and enjoy! It's best served fresh right after processing.
