- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray or 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Wash the cauliflower under cold water to remove any dirt or impurities.
- Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, aiming for uniform sizes (about 1 to 1.5 inches).
- Place the florets in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the two large eggs until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly distributed.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the whisked eggs, letting any excess drip off.
- Transfer the egg-coated florets to the breadcrumb mixture and toss until well coated.
- Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them out evenly.
- Drizzle olive oil over the coated cauliflower or spray lightly with olive oil spray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Keep an eye on them during the last few minutes to ensure they are golden brown and crispy.
- Let the bites cool for a couple of minutes on the baking sheet.
- Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
