- 1 lime, sliced
- 2 cups soda water or lemon-lime soda
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions
- Wash all your fruits thoroughly using a gentle produce wash.
- Slice the peaches into wedges by cutting around the pit and twisting the halves apart.
- Hull the strawberries by removing the green tops and slice them into thin pieces or halves.
- Slice the orange, lemon, and lime into thin rounds, about 1/4-inch thick.
- In a large pitcher or bowl, combine the sliced peaches, strawberries, orange, lemon, and lime.
- Pour the entire bottle of dry white wine over the fruit.
- Add the peach schnapps to the mixture.
- Gently stir with a long spoon to combine, being careful not to mash the fruit.
- Cover the pitcher with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
- When ready to serve, fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the sangria over the ice, filling the glass about three-quarters full, including some fruit slices.
- Top off each glass with soda water or lemon-lime soda, depending on your preference.
- Gently stir to combine the soda with the wine mixture.
- Add fresh mint leaves to each glass for an elevated presentation.
