  • ½ cup chocolate protein powder

  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • 2 large eggs

  • ⅓ cup maple syrup or honey

  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil or butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips (plus extra for topping, optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  • Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir just until combined.

  • Fold in the chocolate chips.

  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top if desired.

  • Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
