Description
Stuffed Mozzarella Cheese Bread Bombs are the perfect combination of cheesy goodness and soft, pillowy bread. These customizable delights are ideal for any occasion, making your taste buds dance with joy.
Ingredients
- Pizza Dough
- Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
- Parmesan Cheese
- Garlic Powder
- Italian Seasoning
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- If using store-bought pizza dough, roll it out on a lightly floured surface to about ¼ inch thick. If you’ve made your own dough, roll it out similarly.
- Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut the dough into squares, approximately 4×4 inches.
- Place a small piece of fresh mozzarella in the center of each square. For added flavor, sprinkle a little parmesan and a pinch of garlic powder over the mozzarella.
- Gather the corners of the dough square and pinch them together to seal the cheese inside. Make sure there are no openings, or the cheese may leak out during baking.
- Once all your bombs are sealed, place them seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and puffed up.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve warm, with marinara sauce on the side for dipping!
